Lemuel Baker is the CEO at Lemuel Baker Ministries, the author of 9 informative insightful hard hitting books and Senior Fellow for Lemuel Baker Ministries Center for Learning. He currently holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Semitic Studies 2007, an MBA in Business Management 2004 and a Bachelors of Art in Public Policy and American Government 1983 from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He has a special calling to the Nation of Israel and to the Jewish people group. Lemuel believes if the Patriarch Abraham were alive today Abraham would desire to see peace among the descendants of both Ishmael and Isaac.

Lemuel was baptized and confirmed as a child at Saint Mary's Anglican Church where he was a boy scout for several years. In 1969 missionaries from the United States visited the Island of Jamaica, West Indies and Lemuel was inwardly moved to give his life to Jesus Christ. Lemuel reports as he sat in the audience even back then he felt he wanted to be like that preacher who delivered the gospel message over several nights.  The following Sunday Lemuel walked down the Isle of the hosting Church and gave his life to Christ. He further reports he had a supernatural experience whereby he could not lower his head for weeks always looking up and that there was a glow on his face acknowledged by his class-mates. In 1972 Lemuel immigrated with his family to Queens, New York leaving behind several relatives who still run a thriving leather business in that region.

Shortly after arriving in New York Lemuel was baptized in water, this time cognizant of Christ's command to follow through with water baptism after believing with the heart. He reports he felt a salvation experience immediately after emerging from the baptismal pool. Years later before graduating high school while in a normal evening Church service Lemuel received hands laid on him by his Pastor that resulted in a heavenly prayer language, a call to ministry and a desire to pray like never before. He wanted to share the gospel like never before.

Lemuel was bi-vocational for decades until 2007 when he assumed a full time status with Lemuel Baker Ministries. Since its inception Lemuel Baker Ministries is touching every nation preaching the good news to all the world, preparing the earth for the return of Jesus Christ.
